Large–order behavior of non–decoupling effects and triviality

چکیده
We compute some non–decoupling effects in the standard model, such as the ρ parameter, to all orders in the coupling constant expansion. We analyze their large order behavior and explicitly show how it is related to the non–perturbative cutoff dependence of these non–decoupling effects due to the triviality of the theory. 9/93 † email: [email protected]

Effects of new physics to the the ρ–parameter in the supersymmetric standard model
The contribution to the ρ–parameter of the quark–Higgs sector of the supersymmetric standard model is computed non–perturbatively using the large–NF expansion for the case tanβ=0. An explicit formula is found for the ρ–parameter which is ill-defined unless the triviality cutoff is taken into account. The cutoff dependence of the ρ–parameter is found to be large if and only if the top mass is la...
متن کاملNon–decoupling, triviality and the ρ parameter
The dependence of the ρ parameter on the mass of the Higgs scalar and the top quark is computed non–perturbatively using the 1/NF expansion in the standard model. We find an explicit expression for the ρ parameter that requires the presence of a physical cutoff. This should come as no surprise since the theory is presumably trivial. By taking this cutoff into account, we find that the ρ paramet...
متن کاملNon-linear Static Modeling of Moderately Thick Functionally Graded Plate Using Dynamic Relaxation Method
In this paper, nonlinear static analysis of moderately thick plate made of functionally graded materials subjected to mechanical transverse loading is carried out using dynamic relaxation method. Mindlin first order shear deformation theory is employed to consider thick plate. Discretized equations are extracted for geometrically nonlinear behavior analysis.Loading Conditions and boundary condi...
متن کاملOptimal characteristics determination of engine mounting system using TRA mode decoupling with emphasis on frequency responses
It is possible to improve vehicle vibration by tuning the parameters of engine mounting system. By optimization of mount characteristics or finding the optimal position of mounts, vibration of the engine and transmitted force from the engine to the chassis can be reduced. This paper examines the optimization of 6-degree-of-freedom engine mounting system based on torque roll axis (TRA) mode deco...
متن کاملPowertrain mounting system optimization to improve vibration behavior for EF7 engine
Improvement and optimization of the Powertrain mounting system are one of the ways to improve the performance NVH cars. The study aims to find the optimal stiffness coefficients for each mount in three directions. The natural frequencies of the system remain steady and stay away from the excitation frequencies, so that the system does not a resonance. It was also, using the decoupling vibration...
